Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. All packages will be shipped via USPS. We encourage you to ensure your return. As we are not responsible for items list in transit. Please contact your local postal carrier for any lost or damaged packages.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

 

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must still have tags and be returned to the sender in the original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Send an email to shesolesales@gmail.com, include order number and photo of the item being returned.
2. After receiving a confirmation email please respond with tracking number for returned postage.
3. After your return has been received, you will then receive an email that includes store credit value or tracking number for the item being exchanged


Please note your return claim may be denied if it does not meet the standards outlined above. Thank you for your business.
